“ I have been several times to Swiss butter and have found the taste, quality and service consistent which is quite Commendable. It’s by far one of the best steak houses of Abu Dhabi and presents an exceptional value for money and taste. Recently they started serving Wagyu (Australian though) which is of excellent taste and gets cooked to perfection. Typically you are served with a soup, followed by a salad and then the main course. For a very short price, you can get additional 100gr as well. Their desserts are quite good too especially the molten chocolate cake. The service is equally good and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to enjoy a good steak with a wonderful sauce! ”

“ Great experience! The service was amazing. Definitely coming back for the molten cake—it was super chocolaty and not too sweet. The portion is enough for at least three people, and I was so full after having it. The beef steak was amazing, but the salmon portion was small. The Swiss sauce was a bit too salty, even for someone like me who usually adds extra salt. The salad was excellent. The bread was hard, not warm, and looked homemade but didn’t taste as good as Cheesecake Factory’s. ”

“ Getting there and parking is a long running problem and this is also to true when getting your car returned, it took more than 30 minutes when it was promised at 5 mins. There seems to no clear organisation compared to other hotels, and this has been ongoing for several years. The food overall is good not exceptional, the steak and salmon were cooked to the direction we stated and we're good. The bread was a little hard and tasteless and no butter was offered. Additional condiments and basics such as salt and pepper should be offered at least for the chips and baked potato. The salad dressing was a little too strong on mustard flavour. The service flips between excellent to just poor. Limited options for kids, unless you share mains. The ambience isn't great for the price point, as we were sat on a round table with hard chairs, and this isn't a child friendly place. The poor: Even though we waited to be shown our seats and the staff could see we were a large party they seated another party which came after us first without even asking us, and this extended to having to repeatedly ask for plates, and cutlery, in the end I took them off another table, lack of condiments, and food not being served together, at least two of our mains were served 15 to 20 mins after the others. The good: the manager was faultless, the food on the whole was good. ”

“ Amazing Food & Truly Wonderful People I had such a great experience at Swiss Better. The food was delicious — full of flavor and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was spot on. But what really impressed me was the staff. They were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our food was delayed by just 10 minutes (which honestly wasn’t a big deal), but everyone — and I mean everyone — came over to apologize. We didn’t expect it at all, and it felt so genuine. Then they even brought us a free dessert as a nice gesture. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the food, but for how good they made us feel. ”

“ Food was amazing and came promptly. Steak was medium rare as ordered and came fresh. The only downside is that the place is very cold as everyone else says and that it’s one place where I wish I had a jacket. Service was a little odd in that when I asked for the bill he came and placed a QR code at my table and ran away. I wanted to pay in cash and asked again. It took him 15 mins to go find change for my note and he was asking servers for cash to give to me. Considering it is in a five star hotel this I found unacceptable as he was wasting my time. Valet parking took another 5-10 mins to deliver my car and by that time I was tired of waiting and just wanted to go back home. ”
